The owner of The Village Cork is my across-the-street neighbor. She stopped by to see if I would do some photos for their new website. Their chef, Samir, cooked up some AH-mazing dishes for me to shoot. And yes, I got to taste them afterward. Yum. They were great to work with and I love shooting with little guidance. This restaurant is sooo charming – great wine and local food – located on Pearl and Louisiana.
They were recently chosen as 5280’s Best New Restaurant. Even though they’ve been open for 9 years, they just recently started serving full meals – hence making them a restaurant.
