These quirky lovebirds walk to the beat of their own drum, and that’s why everyone who knows them, loves them. Kate and Michael had a vision for their wedding day – with help from Gina of Organically You Events – from the get-go and no one and no thing could dissuade them (especially strep throat, which is what Kate got a day before the wedding!).
Their wedding was truly Colorado. It was at Colorado Mountain Ranch in Gold Hill – a big, rustic bash with family and friends from all over the country who were able to witness their mountain-top ceremony officiated by Kate’s yoga teacher, followed by a sunset cocktail hour where the leaves put on quite a show, dinner from a food truck, toasts that brought many tears and cozy, candlelit conversation. (yeah run-on sentences!)
‘Twas truly an honor to be with Kate and Michael on their wedding day, and how much do you love her short dress and yellow shoes!? Kate was my third and final Brenan wedding I have now photographed.
